Inner Beauty Virtue Scale The overall total is used as a general gauge but in no way is it meant to be more important than working on a single virtue for a client's growth. It could be detrimental to focus on trying to get a perfect score. Even saints had their misgivings. Here are suggestions for working with clients: Which of the virtues are you able to commit to working on at the present time? Does the lack of optimal presence in this virtue feel like it is far from how God would like you to be? Can you think of an example of how you can improve this virtue? ("humble" for an example. If you like to make sure those you work with give you credit for your ideas at all times, could you decrease this desire and let others recognize you instead of bringing the attention to yourself?) How do you think you will feel when you have growth in this virtue? Ask your client if they would like to work on another virtue after they feel that they are behaving differently on the virtue scale they have completed in the coaching sessions.
