It may wax and wane during stages of a life span when other roles require more focus. ROLE DEVELOPMENT In these sessions, we focus on your life roles and where you want to improve. We clarify goals, improve relationships, and overcome obstacles to create a plan for your personal growth. Build confidence, self-esteem, and motivation through stress-management and decision-making tools tailored to your unique personality. My background in counseling psychology touches on the "why" of the issue, but unlike therapy, we focus on the "how" to improve your life's journey. Life Coaching Package 4 sessions per month $400 |
OCCUPATION DEVELOPMENT These sessions identify your interests, values, skills, and preferences through career development tools and coaching. Once we determine what would be a good fit for you, we develop a step-by-step plan. The second phase is where we choose suitable occupations. There may be hurdles to jump and obstacles to overcome, but through the coaching process, you will be able to recognize the pitfalls and move forward. The third phase is the action plan, when we apply cutting-edge tools, including AI assistance if needed. Career Development Package 3 Phases: $1350 Phase 1: Identify interests, skills, and values $500 Phase 2: Match Occupations and Job Titles $500 Phase 3: Implement an Action Plan $500 |
GROUP COACHING Groups consist of 6 -10 members. We bring together members who are seeking careers or changing careers in their occupational roles. In a cohesive group, members accelerate the process of change by interacting with one another and with the coach as the facilitator. This is a cost-effective way of engaging in the coaching process. Group Coaching Package Duration: 6 weeks $399 |
ABOUT
Regina Freedman earned her Master's in Counseling Psychology. She set out to become a therapist. During that time, she found that coaching was better suited to helping clients move forward in their life roles. With enormous respect for psychological theory, Regina's interests focused on how a person can take action steps and overcome obstacles by combining personal motivation with values, interests, and skills to create a satisfying life path. After her graduate studies, Regina earned her certification from The International Coach Academy. She is a member of the International Coach Federation with the designation of Associate Certified Coach.
While pursuing her education, Regina worked as an event director for a major design magazine. At that time, she began her part-time coaching practice servicing a clientele of designers, architects, and business executives with their occupational issues. Subsequently, Regina founded The Essential Coach and offers her services to people of all populations, ranging from those with relationship issues to those choosing or changing occupations.
