ABOUT
Regina originally pursued counseling psychology to become a therapist. During her graduate studies, she discovered that coaching was a better fit for helping people take action and create meaningful change.
Her previous professional background also included working as an event director for a major design magazine. While there, she began coaching designers, architects, and business executives with their career and professional issues.
Today, at The Essential Coach, Regina works with people from many different backgrounds who are ready to make a change in any of their life roles, with a special focus on occupation.
