based on Biblical Principles
"For there is hope for a tree when it is cut down that it will sprout again. And its shoots will not fail." Job 14:7

Regina Freedman, M.S. Ed., ACC
My work as a career & life coach has changed since I deepened my relationship with the Lord and I renewed my following of  Christ and accepted the guidance of the Holy Spirit. I enjoy working with clients who are seeking to discover, renew, or deepen their relationship with God as they navigate their next steps on their life journey. My clients embrace the exploration of their inners selves through the vast resources I offer to them mind, body, and spirit as they become better versions of themselves at work and in their personal lives.

I have over 15 years experience as a coach and a group facilitator. I collaborate with other coaches who are health and wellness coaches, nutritionists, business and executive coaches, healers through art, and those who deal with women's issues.
Career Group
Men and women who are seeking new careers, changing jobs, or looking for work. This group is very powerful where we build on what we can learn from each other as we go through the process of career development. In a group, you realize you are not alone in this search for career fulfillment. We share ideas, and by helping others you help yourself.

I use a vast amount of resources that act as power tools to motivate you to get "unstuck."

Women's Spiritual Warrior Group
This group chooses a powerful woman in the Bible to emulate as we explore 10 of the Old Testament examples of women who said "YES" to God. Together we will encourage each other to face this world's chaos, deceit, and uncertainty. We will become "spiritual preppers" so that we can protect ourselves and others against the coming storm.

13 week Intensive Group or Individual Coaching
This program is offered to individuals (one - one or in a group) who want to pursue an intense self-discovery process of defining a holistic composite of neuroscience aspects, self-care tips, spiritual development, and cutting edge techniques and assessments to advance personal and professional achievement.
Individual Coaching and How It Works
We have 60 minute sessions where we focus on you. You bring in your agenda for the session. We establish goals for the coaching process. It could be a career move or a personal issue you would like to address. I engage in powerful listening, questioning, summarizing, and reframing what you have revealed. I also assign homework if appropriate and that could be completing inventories based on skills, values, personality, and interests. I have a vast resource of power tools that you can use as you are moving along in the coaching process. For those of you who would like to add the spiritual element, we bring prayer, scripture, and the guidance of the Holy Spirit into the sessions.

Jesus Himself, who was pleased to be known as the Son of the Carpenter, learned from Saint Joseph the carpenter's trade. Work has a deep spiritual dimension when viewed with the eyes of faith. Saint John Paul II taught that, "The Christian finds in human work a small part of the Cross of Christ and accepts it in the same spirit of redemption in which Christ accepted His Cross for us. In work, thanks to the light that penetrates us from the Resurrection of Christ, we always find a glimmer of new life, of the new good, as if it were an announcement of the 'the new heavens and the new earth' in which man and the world participate precisely through the toil that goes with work: (Loaborem Exercens, 27). May we learn to see the presence of Jesus in our everyday labors, and recognize with gratitude the talents and gifts which God has given us to accomplish what we are called to do.
